We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team, specifically focused on high-volume Affiliates, Trading Communities and KOLs.. . As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our network of Affiliates (Key Opinion Leaders, Trading Communities, Traffic Websites), and (secondarily) VIP clients - in the Netherlands and the broader Western part of the European Union. This role is responsible for those partnerships from a to z.. .  . . What You'll Be Doing. . Primary goal: . maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of affiliates.. . Secondary: . Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand. . Affiliate Recruitment:. Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, KOLs and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.. . Results-Driven Approach: . Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.. . Relationship Building:. Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs, being in contact with them frequently, build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition. . Partnership Expansion: . Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.. . Collaboration with Product Team: . Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.. . Competitor Analysis: . Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.. .  . . What We Look For In You. . Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space. . Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish. . Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. . Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation. . Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions. . Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. .
