As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our network of Affiliates (Key Opinion Leaders, Trading Communities, Traffic Websites), and (secondarily) VIP clients - in Germany and the broader Central part of the European Union. This role is responsible for those partnerships from a to z.. .  . . What You'll Be Doing. . . . Primary goal: . maximize Trading Volume on our Futures and Spot Order books in the region through onboarding and retention of Affiliates.. . . . Secondary: . Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand. . . . Affiliate Recruitment:. Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, KOLs and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.. . . . Results-Driven Approach: . Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.. . . . Relationship Building:. Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs, being in contact with them frequently, build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition. . . . Partnership Expansion: . Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.. . . . Collaboration with Product Team: . Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.. . . . Competitor Analysis: . Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.. . . .  . . What We Look For In You. . . . Solid affiliate marketing experience in the Cryptocurrency space. . . . Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish. . . . Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. . . . Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation. . . . Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions. . . . Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. . . .
