Job Summary. . Solera is seeking a . Director of Program Management (PMO). to lead large-scale enterprise client implementations and high-impact strategic initiatives.. . This is not a traditional project management role. We are seeking an . enterprise-level program leader. who has operated at scale, influenced senior executives, and built structured governance across complex, cross-functional environments.. . This is a senior individual contributor role with significant enterprise visibility and accountability. You will lead implementations and cross-functional transformation programs that directly impact revenue, client satisfaction, and operational scalability.. . Operating at the intersection of Commercial, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Client Success, you will bring structure to complexity, align senior stakeholders, and ensure disciplined execution across high-priority initiatives.. . This role does not include direct people management but carries significant enterprise accountability. You will lead through influence, clarity, credibility, and operational discipline across senior stakeholders.. . What You Will Own. . Enterprise Program & Implementation Leadership. . . Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs and client implementations end-to-end. . Translate strategic and contractual commitments into executable plans. . Align diverse stakeholders toward clearly defined delivery outcomes. . Ensure milestone adherence, quality standards, and measurable success metrics. . Serve as a senior escalation point and structured problem-solver. . . Governance & Execution Discipline. . . Establish scalable governance frameworks and executive reporting cadence. . Drive proactive risk, dependency, and escalation management. . Improve portfolio visibility, prioritization, and capacity planning. . Build repeatable implementation frameworks that scale with company growth. . Promote continuous improvement and operational rigor. . . Strategic Initiative Leadership. . . Partner with executive leadership to operationalize enterprise priorities. . Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with clear accountability. . Monitor initiative performance and course-correct early. . Drive change adoption across matrixed teams. . . What We’re Looking For. . Required Experience. . . 10+ years of progressive program and/or project management experience. . Proven delivery of large-scale, complex enterprise implementations. . Experience designing, building, or significantly maturing PMO strategy and governance models. . Portfolio prioritization and capacity planning experience. . Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. . Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously. . Healthcare industry experience required, ideally within payer environments, value-based care models, or digital health platforms serving enterprise clients. . . Preferred. . . Digital health ecosystem experience. . PMP or comparable certification. . Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations. . . Leadership Capabilities. . . Executive-level presence and communication. . Strong influence without authority. . Structured, systems-oriented thinker. . High accountability with a bias toward action. . Calm and decisive in complex, fast-moving environments. . Proactive risk management mindset. . . Travel. . . This is a remote position within the United States.. .
