You'll design, build, and maintain sophisticated Salesforce solutions - including Data Cloud pipelines - while integrating the critical third-party systems our GTM teams depend on daily. This is a senior individual contributor role: you're not managing stakeholders or running reports. You're iterating and improving data models, engineering automations, and shipping production-grade solutions on a 2-week sprint cadence.. . This is a Full-Time Contractor Position based in Latin America. . What You'll Own. . . Architect and implement Salesforce solutions-custom objects, flows, validation rules, and complex automations-that drive intuitive efficiency to our internal teams.. . Design and manage Data Cloud data streams, identity resolution rules, and calculated insights that unify GTM data across different revenue systems (i.e. SFDC, Outreach, Attention/Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.) into a single, actionable customer profile.. . Own and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems within our stack ensuring reliable two-way data sync, accurate field mapping, and fast root cause resolution when things break.. . Project managing a sprint backlog, scope and prioritize work with RevOps leadership, and deliver major features per sprint while handling the operational requests that emerge mid-sprint.. . Communicate proactively-async, weekly sync, sprint planning, sprint check-ins-on blockers, design decisions, and trade-offs so leadership stays informed and can unblock you fast.. . . What You'll Bring. . Technical Depth. . . 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or GTM Systems Engineer, with deep hands-on experience building production solutions - not just configuring out-of-the-box features.. . Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow, custom object modeling, validation rules, and platform event-driven architecture.. . Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud: data stream configuration, identity resolution, unified profiles, calculated insights, and activation to Sales Cloud.. . AI-driven and focused technical approach to building - using tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate time-to-production. . (Nice to Have) Demonstrated experience configuring and deploying Agentforce: agent topic and action design, grounding with Data Cloud or external data, and prompt engineering for GTM use cases.. . (Nice to Have) Agentforce experience - building agents, configuring topics, actions, and grounding data sources - to automate high-frequency GTM workflows and surface AI-assisted guidance at key points in the sales motion.. . . Integration & Systems Thinking. . . Proven ability to build and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms (Outreach, Attention, or equivalent)-including webhook configuration, REST API field mapping, and debugging data sync failures end-to-end.. . Comfortable working directly with API documentation, testing in sandboxes, and identifying root causes without heavy reliance on vendor support.. . Strong data modeling instincts: you design for scale and downstream reporting, not just the immediate use case.. . . Speed & Execution. . . Sprint mentality with a consistent track record of delivering on 2-week cycles while managing competing priorities transparently.. . Allocates roughly 70% of capacity to planned feature work, 30% to urgent operational requests - without letting reactive work erode roadmap delivery.. . Action-biased: you ship working solutions, iterate based on feedback, and don't wait for perfect specs.. . . Communication. . . Strong communicator who writes tight, clear updates-design decisions, blockers, risk flags-without needing to be prompted.. . Shows up to weekly syncs informed, with recommendations, not just status.. . Escalates early and with proposed solutions.. . . Bonus. . . Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist.. . API fundamentals: REST, webhooks, JSON-comfortable enough to own integration documentation and troubleshoot without vendor hand-holding.. . Familiarity with Asana for backlog management and sprint planning.. . . What Success Looks Like. . . Weeks 1–2:. You've mapped the current Salesforce architecture, identified gaps in the Attention/Outreach integration, and shipped at least one meaningful fix or feature.. . Month 2:. Delivering 1–2 features per sprint consistently. Unblocking yourself on integration issues. Data Cloud data streams are stable and feeding unified profiles.. . Month 3:. Trusted to own complex initiatives-new object design, Agentforce agent deployment, major integration overhauls. Leadership relies on your async updates.. . Ongoing:. You're the person who removes friction from GTM operations. You ship on time, communicate clearly, and your systems run reliably.. . . Why Engine. . . Full ownership of the GTM tech stack-no siloed scope, no waiting on another team to build what you need.. .
