This senior-level position serves as a trusted advisor on acquisition strategy, contracting actions, milestone documentation, and program execution for high-visibility defense programs.. . The successful candidate will provide expert analysis and recommendations to program leadership, support milestone reviews, participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and ensure acquisition activities comply with applicable Federal and Department of Defense regulations and policies.. . Provide expert guidance and recommendations regarding acquisition strategies, contracting approaches, and Acquisition Category (ACAT) program actions.. . Review acquisition and milestone documentation to ensure compliance with DoD 5000 series directives, policies, and guidance.. . Develop, review, and analyze acquisition documentation, including Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Procurement Requests, Performance Work Statements (PWS), and supporting contract documentation.. . Support a wide range of acquisition efforts utilizing Federal Supply Schedules, General Services Administration (GSA) contracts, Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs), Technology Investment Agreements (TIAs), and commercial and non-commercial procurement methods.. . Conduct contract and acquisition analyses to support program management offices and senior leadership decision-making.. . Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and provide contracting subject matter expertise throughout the acquisition lifecycle.. .
