PM Shift - $100/shift for set number of reviews with pay per click model thereafter. . Overview: . Beam seeks an experienced case manager for our inpatient and ED case management program. The role of the Case Manager is to help guide admission criteria for ED patients.. . Schedule of Tele-Coverage Service. . . 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm CST. . 7 days/week coverage between team members. . Flexible scheduling with RN CM group. . . Daily Job Responsibilities:. . . Guide ED admission decisions using MCG or interqual as needed based on insurance criteria.. . Review observation patients on the medical floor to determine whether they meet inpatient criteria.. . Be available in the ER for any further questions. . . Work with local hospitalist + Tele UM if needed.. . AM Case Mgmt --> daily review of obs patients + ER as requested.. .
