We’re looking for a Head of Social to own and elevate Cleo’s organic social vision - driving cultural relevance, brand affinity, and user acquisition through standout storytelling, bold creativity, and smart strategy.. . In this high-impact role you’ll lead the strategy, execution and performance of Cleo’s social and influencer marketing efforts, managing the growing team and overseeing our social channels.. . Own and evolve Cleo’s organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. . Define and lead long-term goals for growth, engagement, and brand impact, aligning with marketing & company-wide OKRs. . . Creative Direction & Campaigns. . . Lead and support the team to execute on content planning, editorial calendars, and cross-platform campaigns that feel distinctly “Cleo”. . Collaborate with Creative Studio and Brand teams to elevate creative storytelling while managing for performance. . . Team & Agency Management. . . Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing social and influencer team. . Oversee relationships with external creators, freelancers, and agency partners. . Build scalable team structures and processes to support rapid growth and evolving needs. . . Executive Collaboration. . . Partner directly with the founder & CEO to help grow his personal brand and presence across LinkedIn and X. . . Cross-Functional Collaboration. . . Work closely with Growth Marketing, Comms, and Product to embed social thinking into broader marketing initiatives. . Ensure alignment between social strategy and business priorities. . . Analytics & Optimization. . . Own reporting and performance analysis for organic social and influencer activity. . Use insights to continuously improve content strategy—balancing creativity with data-driven performance. . . Platform Partnerships & Innovation. . . Maintain strong relationships with platform partners and stay ahead of trends, features, and best practices. . Identify and test new formats, emerging platforms, and creative opportunities to keep Cleo ahead of the curve. . . What We’re Looking For. . . 7+ years of experience managing and growing social channels for a consumer brand or publisher. . Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams. . You’re a creative and strategic thinker, driving big ideas whilst also keeping a pulse on day-to-day execution. . Deep understanding of the evolving social landscape. . Sharp creative instincts with excellent visual and written storytelling skills. . Comfortable with performance data and able to use insights to influence broader strategy. .
