Expected . Hours Per Week. : 40. . Duties:.  . . . . Assist with general . accounting. , working on assigned balance sheet accounts such as Prepaid Expenses, TR Store Receivables, and Inventory.. . Prepare reconciliation schedules to support the assigned balance sheet accounts and record journal entries at month end and year end to set the accounts to proper balances.. . Assist with all . accounting. reconciliations.. . Collaborate with other departments as needed to support overall department goals and objectives.. . Gather and provide documentation required for annual financial audit.. . . . Experience and Background:.   . . . .
