Pulse Mental Health is working with an established neurodevelopmental service based in the UK who are seeking experienced clinicians to join its children’s autism assessment pathway.. . You will conduct comprehensive autism assessments with children and young people, contributing to diagnostic decision-making, clinical report writing and feedback to families.. . . . Essential requirements. . To be considered, you must have:. . . Current HCPC or Social Work England registration with no restrictions on practice.. . Experience working clinically with children and young people.. . 12 months experience within autism assessment and/or neurodevelopmental services.. . Training and practical experience using ADOS-2.. . Experience producing high-quality clinical reports.. . Good knowledge of safeguarding and risk management.. . Confidence working independently and managing your own clinical workload.. . The ability to work effectively within a remote service.. . . Desirable experience. . . . . . Experienced or trained in ADI-R. . Previous experience delivering assessments remotely.. . Experience working across neurodevelopmental pathways.. . Knowledge of co-occurring presentations and differential diagnosis.. . Understanding of NICE guidance surrounding autism assessment and diagnosis.. . . . . . Why apply?. .
