About this position:. . We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong analytics engineering skills to join our data team. In this role, you will conduct deep business analysis while also building and maintaining the data models and infrastructure that support analytics across the organization. Build and maintain data models using dbt or similar tools to support scalable analytics. . Create reusable data assets and standardized metrics definitions. . Design data structures that balance analytical flexibility with performance. . . Analytics Enablement. . . Partner with analysts and business users to understand reporting and analysis needs. . Create self-service analytics capabilities through well-designed data models and documentation. . Provide training and support to help teams effectively use data assets. . Build automated reporting solutions and standardized metrics definitions. . . Cross-Function Collaboration. . . Act as the technical liaison between data engineering and business teams. . Present data architecture decisions and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. . Work closely with data engineering to ensure compliance and best practices. .
