The QC Creative is responsible for reviewing finished creative assets against brand guidelines, production specs, and brief requirements before delivery. You work closely with the QA Manager, Art Directors, and Integrated Designers to catch errors, inconsistencies, and technical issues before they reach the client — contributing to a quality-first studio culture across all channels and formats..  . . WHAT YOU'LL DO.  . . . Review finished creative assets across all channels and formats — email, paid social, digital display, and video — against brand guidelines, brief requirements, and technical delivery specifications. . . Check all creative output for accuracy: copy errors, typographic inconsistencies, incorrect branding, color discrepancies, font usage, logo placement, and asset sizing . . Complete QA checklists for each asset type, documenting findings clearly and routing revision requests back to the responsible designer or copywriter via OMG . . Review AI-generated and AI-assisted creative output with particular attention to brand accuracy, visual consistency, and copy correctness . . Support the maintenance of brand guide documentation for . five healthcare education.  . institutions,.  ensuring all reference materials are current and accessible to the production team. . . Develop and maintain personal familiarity with each institution's brand identity, voice, and compliance requirements through ongoing brand immersion.  . . . WHAT YOU BRING.  . . . +3 years of experience and an strong eye for design detail — typography, color, layout, proportion, and visual consistency. . . Experience in a creative quality control, proofreading, production art, or studio support role . . Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma — able to navigate design files, review layers, and identify technical issues . . Understanding of digital production formats: email, social ad specs, display banner sizes, and video delivery requirements . . Professional proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage for the Mexico City hub role . . Meticulous, organized, and calm under the pressure of high-volume production schedules . . Interest in or familiarity with higher education or healthcare marketing is a plus.  . . . Gen AI & Agentic Thinking.  . . . Curiosity about AI-assisted creative tools and willingness to develop QC skills specific to Pencil-generated assets. . . Basic awareness of how AI tools are used in creative production workflows, with an understanding of the human oversight role in reviewing AI outputs.  . . .
