Responsibilities. . We are looking for an exceptional . Commercial Account Executive. to join our growing team in Germany.. . In this role, you will develop and lead relationships and engagements with leading Start Up’s,  Scale Up’s and innovative Companies across Germany, Austria and Swiss region. You will be working with a successful team in the market that includes SDRs, Marketing, Consulting and Partner Management which will give you a platform for success.. . In this role, you will also be responsible to:. . . Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close. . Drive new relationships in well targeted and considered strategic accounts.. . Hold peer-level conversations with C-suite executives.. . Be a company builder. . . Share best practices back into the organization. . . Requirements. . Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills. . . 5+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role in Complex Solution Sales, SAAS. . Experience handling and owning relationships with fast growing and innovative companies. . Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota. . MEDDPICC or similar Sales Framework experience. . . Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics. . . An enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. .
