The Analyst, Data will play a critical role in optimizing EFF’s data practices and amplifying our efforts to ensure all high-impact schools in historically marginalized communities have a pathway to affordable facilities. Reporting to the Director, Data and Insights, the Analyst will play a significant role in supporting the management of EFF’s data systems. Assist with day-to-day data management in EFF’s data systems, including data uploads, intersystem data syncing, data quality control checks, and reporting needs.. . Continuously evaluate data collection and methods and search for opportunities to improve and/or automate.. . . Reporting and Analysis. . . Support Data Team in the creation of automated reports and dashboards for lending, capital raising, and operations to ensure team-wide access to key data and insights.. . Utilize EFF’s database to support high-level analysis of potential and existing borrowers using academic, enrollment, and financial data. . . . . Systems and Processes. Support the evolution of EFF’s data systems processes and procedures, specifically as it relates to managing data quality and integrity.. . . . Perform other related duties as assigned.. . . . . . Qualifications. . . A Bachelor’s Degree is required; background in data analytics strongly preferred. . 2+ years of relevant experience and/or full-time work. . Unyielding commitment to EFF’s mission to ameliorate educational, financial, and racial inequities. . In-depth academic or professional experience with data analysis and reporting. . Experience in Salesforce or Tableau preferred, but not required.. . Outstanding organizational and time management skills. . Ability to manage projects to key outcomes and deadlines. . Strong entrepreneurial instincts and desire to seek innovative solutions to complex challenges. . Background in education preferred; transitioning teachers are strongly encouraged to apply.. . A high degree of integrity and authenticity. . Willingness to travel ~25% of the time . . . . . Compensation & Benefits. . The starting salary for this position is $72,500 - $93,200, however we expect to bring someone into this role at the midpoint with eventual upside to align with our compensation practices. This position offers up to a 10% annual bonus based on organizational performance. Compensation is competitive, commensurate with experience, and may be subject to modest adjustments for high-cost-of-living geographies.. .
