Joining a global People Experience team, this role will be dedicated to the needs of our Philippines based team, combining your global view of the P&C strategy to drive inspiring local team initiatives. You’ll work in partnership with the People Leaders in your portfolio to ensure that each of our local team members are fulfilled in their careers whilst feeling safe, supported and flourishing. You’ll be the eyes and ears of your local peers, helping ensure their voices and needs are heard as well as sharing inspiration and insight to inform our global strategies and plans. . . You’ll also ensure we keep our butts covered, balancing a need to stay across local legislation and working in partnership with your peers in Payroll, People Operations and Legal to deliver on it seamlessly. . . . . If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in. . . . . Partnering with a People Leader on an onboarding plan for their incoming new hire. You would have supported them to ensure they’ve got a well considered and inspiring roadmap to support their new team members success with clear goals set, a plan to provide the training & learning they need and a clear communication plan to share the exciting news thoughtfully. . Collaborate with your fellow People Partners across the globe to review our latest Engagement Survey results, identifying global and local trends and going deep with local leaders on the Philippines hub data to look for insights and action opportunities. . . Put forward a salary recommendation for a team member being promoted, reviewing benchmarking and performance alongside our existing frameworks to seek approval & support on communication. . . Provided candid and clear feedback to a People Leader about an opportunity to elevate their support of an under performing team member, ensuring they have access to our existing toolkit and framework and understand the potential next steps. . . . . Kicked off discussions about our upcoming holiday get together (aka “funsie”), ensuring we’re proactively planning for the optimal moment to bring our teams together to celebrate & connect. . . Provided feedback to our Talent & Capability team on proposed shifts to our performance assessment and remuneration process, overlaying the practicalities and people operations considerations to ensure we’re building a fit for purpose process.. . . . . You’re a sucker for planning. . Navigating the increasingly busy and changing employee landscape is no easy feat, so you’ll be a real sucker for planning to make sure we’re creating equitable space for interaction with our purpose, performance and capability moments. You’ll be on high alert for opportunities to share insights from our engagement surveys, and you’ll keep us focused on following through on those insights. On top of all this, you’ll be constantly staying a step ahead of the hub calendar when it comes to planning for communications and connection updates. . .
