This is a project-based position with potential for growth.  We’re looking for someone to do an overhaul of our current email marketing activities on MailChimp, oversee fixes, improvements, and growth.. . Our ideal candidate is creative, proactive, organized, a strong communicator, and knowledgeable about email marketing best practices, helping us to prioritize and operationalize improvements.. . What needs to be done:. . . Audit and update existing email campaigns and templates to align with best practices in deliverability, engagement, and design. . Set up or refine email automations in Mailchimp to ensure timely and relevant communication throughout the user journey. . Review current audience segments and make recommendations for improvements based on behavior, lifecycle stage, campaign goals, and best practices. . Establish performance tracking systems to measure campaign success and enable data-driven iteration. . Work in collaboration with the copy, design, engineering, and product teams to prioritize and implement recommendations. . . Qualifications:. . . 2+ years of email marketing experience with strong understanding of email marketing best practices to help identify and develop email system-related improvements and efficiencies. . 3+ years working in MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms, building emails, templates, dynamic fields, and automated journeys - Required. . Ideally you can assist with design and copy as needed in addition to guiding strategy and technical implementation. . Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. . Proficient with HTML/CSS, email QA, audience segmentation, list management, and email deliverability. . Experience planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate testing. .
