WHAT YOU WILL DO:. . As a . Quality Analyst Consultant. at Kalles Group, you will join a project team supporting a high-impact initiative for a leading . eCommerce client. . You’ll work closely with developers and product owners to ensure high-quality outcomes across enterprise-grade systems — with a focus on API-driven backend services and customer-facing platforms. Your work will support iterative delivery and resilient performance, especially during high-traffic and business-critical eCommerce cycles.. . . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:. . . . Lead end-to-end testing of large-scale . eCommerce platforms. and supporting backend applications.. . . . Translate business and technical requirements into structured, manageable test cases and suites.. . . . Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for backend APIs in microservice environments.. . . . Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and release confidence.. . . . Deploy and monitor test suites in . Google Cloud Platform (GCP). ; troubleshoot issues via observability tools and dashboards.. . . . Partner with developers for sprint-based iterative testing and communicate results with clarity and urgency.. . . . Support on-demand testing needs during high-impact events such as feature launches, seasonal releases, or production hotfixes.. . . . (Preferred) Apply your coding background in . Java. or . .NET. to enhance test scripting and coverage.. . . . . ABOUT YOU. . Your values:. . . . Your experience:. . . . 10+ years of hands-on quality assurance experience, including enterprise-level . end-to-end testing. .. . . . 5+ years of QA automation experience, especially for backend APIs and microservice architectures.. . . . Strong background in reviewing requirements with POs and converting them into actionable, testable cases.. . . . Experience building automation frameworks and integrating them into application pipelines.. . . . At least 2 years deploying and maintaining automated test suites in . GCP environments. , including use of dashboards and observability tooling.. . . . Ability to thrive in agile settings, collaborating closely with developers and contributing during each sprint.. . . . Experience responding to urgent testing needs with precision and professionalism.. . . . Highly desirable. : Prior experience testing or supporting complex . eCommerce applications. or digital commerce platforms.. . . . Preferred: 2+ years of hands-on programming experience in .
