The Project Coordinator (Product Services) serves as the central connector between Product Services teams (Product Writing, Creative Content, Product Analytics, Community, and Product Localization), ensuring seamless collaboration, effective information sharing, and coordinated content delivery across all platforms. This role enhances cross-team visibility and streamlines workflows to maximize the impact of Product Services' contributions to KnowBe4's product ecosystem.. . Responsibilities:. . . Develop and maintain a unified tracking system for all major active projects across Product Services teams, highlighting interdependencies and critical deadlines. . Create and distribute regular status updates to ensure all teams are informed about content priorities, product changes, and upcoming releases. . Facilitate cross-team collaboration by coordinating handoffs between teams and ensuring alignment of deliverables (Such as Knowledge Base content, Academy materials, Community resources, localized content, and more). . Document and optimize workflows between teams, identifying process improvements and implementing standardized handoff procedures. . Assist with maintaining internal documentation on Product Services processes, ensuring consistent access to up-to-date information for all team members. . Coordinate content publication schedules across platforms to align with product release timelines. . Organize and facilitate cross-team meetings, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through. . Create and manage a central repository of organization/team updates to support visibility and communication. . Develop standardized templates and tools to streamline collaboration, efficiency, and project management between teams. . Assist with planning and coordination of Product Services training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives. . Help identify and resolve process bottlenecks that impact content delivery timelines. . Create and update presentations, slide decks, roadmaps, reports, and more, including developing written and graphical content as needed. . Manage the Product Services ticketing system, ensuring questions get responded to in a timely manner. . Plan in-person and virtual team-building and other events for Product. . Assist with travel bookings and expense requests for the Product Services team. . Assist with budget management and tracking. . . Minimum.  Qualifications:. . . A minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, or cross-functional collaboration. . Experience with workflow management, process documentation, or content production . (preferred but not required). . Background in SaaS or technology environments . (preferred but not required). . Experience with event planning, project management, budgeting, process creation, or graphic design. . (preferred but not required). . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. . Demonstrated skill in managing multiple priorities simultaneously. . Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (particularly Sheets, Docs, and Slides). . Familiarity with project management or work tracking tools (Such as Jira). . Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to identify and address process gaps. . Interest in the fields of technical writing, instructional design, creative design, localization, or product management . (preferred but not required). .
