Revenue Enablement Specialist. in our . Revenue Enablement. area in . Brazil. ! This is a . Remote – Brazil. position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.. . Team overview. The Revenue Enablement team is responsible for empowering our global revenue organization with the knowledge, skills, processes, and tools they need to succeed. This role will join our G3 layer and will be primarily focused on the execution of our Training Management Process, including ownership of WorkRamp tasks, post-training tracking, and managing our content library. Although more operational, this role will also have opportunities to contribute to other enablement initiatives and cross-functional projects, supporting the broader Enablement strategy as they grow in the role.. . YOUR IMPACT. . . Execute and manage tasks related to our . Training Management Process. , ensuring all steps are completed with quality and consistency.. . Own our LMS (. WorkRamp) assignments. , maintaining structure and visibility for the revenue team.. . Track and organize . post-training activities. , including attendance and feedback.. . Keep our . Enablement content library. updated, relevant, and easily accessible.. . Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational enablement processes.. . Support the Enablement team (including working closely with Rosa and team leaders) in ongoing initiatives and special projects.. . Help ensure that the team has the tools, resources, and structured training needed to excel.. . Roll up your sleeves and help when needed.. . WHO YOU ARE. . . A team player with strong attention to detail and at least . 2-3 years of experience. in project coordination, training operations, sales enablement, or a related role.. . Organized and proactive. , with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.. . Comfortable working in . fast-paced and dynamic environments. with changing priorities.. . A strong communicator, both in written and verbal formats, whether in Portuguese or English.. . Tech-savvy and experienced in using tools like . LMS platforms (e.g., WorkRamp). , Google Workspace, and other enablement systems.. . Eager to . learn, grow, and support. larger Enablement and Revenue projects over time.. .
