What You'll Do. . . . Workplace Coordinator. . The Workplace Coordinator will be a valued member of our Workplace Team, reporting to the Regional Workplace Lead. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and support of our distributed offices across US/CAN and LATAM. This role will ensure that our physical spaces in the region are functional, compliant, aligned with company standards, and provide an exceptional employee experience. You will partner closely with local vendors, cross-functional teams, and the broader global workplace team to support office strategy, operations, and execution- both on site and remotely.. . About The Work. . As part of the Workplace team, the Workplace Coordinator’s focus will be on providing an exceptional experience to our employees and ensuring the seamless execution of workplace operations across multiple sites. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and play a key role in maintaining office quality and service consistency across the Americas.. . Responsibilities. . . Ensure that office operations across US/CAN and LATAM meet company standards for functionality, cleanliness, safety, and employee experience.. . Support the development and execution of site-specific and regional office projects, including improvements, maintenance, and relocations.. . Manage day-to-day vendor coordination for services such as cleaning, repairs, maintenance, snacks, security, and office supply delivery.. . Monitor service levels and escalate vendor performance issues as needed.. . Maintain an updated inventory of key assets across sites and ensure replenishment procedures are followed.. . Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics across offices in partnership with HR, IT, Security, and site vendors (e.g. access, desk assignments, asset pickup/drop-off). . Maintain digital records, seating charts, and access logs for all Americas offices. . Monitor and respond to tickets and requests via Jira or other platforms to ensure timely resolution and follow-up. . Track and log recurring issues, propose preventative improvements, and work with the Workplace Lead to implement enhancements.. . Assist in internal communications around office policies, vendor changes, space use, emergency procedures, or general updates.. . Assist with internal audits of vendor contracts, maintenance schedules, and space planning documentation.. . Help with cost tracking and budget inputs related to office operations and services.. . . What We're Looking For. . . . Education. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.. . . Experience. . . 1–3 years of experience in Office Operations, Facilities, Real Estate, or Comunity Management.. . Experience working in a startup, SAAS or fast-paced environment with high standards for employee experience.. . Previous experience related to budget and cost-control is strongly preferred. . . Qualifications. . . Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, regions, and cultures. . Comprehensive knowledge of GSuite, Slack, and digital project tracking tools. . Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders remotely. . Ability to work independently and maintain high performance in a distributed team structure. . Budget tracking and cost-efficiency mindset are a plus. .
