Angi is seeking an experienced and results-driven technical program manager to drive transformation in our GRC Program. A successful candidate will have successfully partnered with IT Compliance and InfoSec teams to build processes & will have led large and complex product transformations that include rebuilding tools & technologies. . . This person will work across the organization, partnering with the teams in product, engineering, sales, customer care, operations, and more to set up and drive a successful program to ensure best practice around Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including ITGCs and Information Security at Angi.. . What you’ll do. . This person will drive our development of a rigorous plan to refine aspects of the platform we use to support and enable teams to deliver products that meet our IT and Security standards. After the plan is in place, this person will oversee the roadmap to execute the transformation & then will continue to work with our teams to iterate. . . A successful candidate will have a strong owner mindset. They are not the navigator trying to help others reach the destination; they are driving the bus – holding people accountable to milestones, driving resolution on complex decisions and tradeoffs, supporting resourcing, and owning the overall project plan & product roll-out. Lead communication on progress and status with internal stakeholders - making adjustments based on input from our users as needed . . Identify and launch new product ideas with a thoughtful, but fast, data-driven approach. . Ruthlessly prioritize the most important things to accelerate impact. . Help facilitate SOX and PCI audits, evidence collection, and drive accountability for remediation to address any control deficiencies or process issues. . . Drive prioritization framework of best security practices in Product/Engineering to both prevent and remediate vulnerabilities in our code and infrastructure.. . Cross-functional leader across Prod/Tech - build relationships of trust with your peers and gain influence with stakeholders to weave GRC practices into regular processes.. . . Who you are. . . The salary band for this position range. s from $75,000 - $165,000. commensurate with experience and performance. .. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.. . .
