The Senior Product Manager for Network Insights is responsible for launching new network APIs from start to finish. This includes defending the customer-facing API requirements, working with our Communications Service Provider partners to integrate their capabilities into our products, and ensuring the full lifecycle of the product from ideation to implementation.. . What you'll do:. . Market Research & Customer Interface. . . Work closely with key user groups and customer segments to understand their needs, devise workable solutions, and help drive product/feature implementation focused on our APAC, EMEA, LTAM, and NA customers’ needs to enable seamless enablement and onboarding of our Enterprise customers. . Work with prospective customers and sales teams on opportunity analysis, proposal development, and bids to address specific customer requirements.. . Understand local competition in each of the regions, devise a strategy, process, and tooling to execute, and meet customer needs. . Work with key CSPs to bring new capabilities to our customers.. . . Product Life Cycle Management. . . Analyze potential solutions, including product structures, pricing scenarios, unique differentiators, and other information to define and justify a new product.. . Negotiate feature content with various organizations, including development engineering, operations, marketing, and peers in product management.. . Collect and drive requirements for developer dashboards, tools, and features to fulfill regions' unique needs. . . Spearhead critical cross-functional initiatives for product development, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management.. . Develop or contribute to developing significant product collateral, such as FAQ documentation, white papers, and customer success stories.. . Provide a fantastic developer experience by writing intuitive documentation, tutorials, and sample applications. . . . Go-to-Market & Revenue Generation. . . Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations to develop and drive product-specific go-to-market strategies.. . Define a partnering strategy with resellers, system integrators, and complementary technology suppliers.. . Determine the most effective packaging, pricing, and positioning for products; work with product marketing to develop product messaging.. . . What you'll bring. . . Expertise in APIs, with a strong preference for experience in mobile networks, telco/network APIs, and associated services.. . Solid working knowledge of Vonage products and services' technical and process characteristics and advantages.. . Advanced proficiency with product design, development, and application technical elements.. . Demonstrated experience in delivering and executing a product vision in high-technology settings.. . Solid inbound product management skills with the ability to manage and execute projects.. . Understanding of the competitive and upcoming technology landscape.. . Ability to:. . . Develop solutions to complex technical, process, and end-user application issues.. . Work across all phases of the software development lifecycle. . . Articulate investment requirements to make features or products successful in the market.. . Lead presentations and conversations with clients.. . Gather client requirements and identify underlying business problems.. . . . What is required. . . Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. . . 5+ years’ experience in product management in a high-technology setting.. . Experience with mobile operator network service layer exposure.. . Experience with or strong interest in CPaaS, telecommunications platforms, or mobile operator API services . . Working knowledge of AI capabilities and tools, particularly in mobile security or fraud detection applications . . Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and user feedback . .
