Oversee IT Service Management: Manage the IT Service Desk and ensure the delivery of high-quality services in line with service level agreements for a global remote workforce. . Direct IT Team Leadership: Lead a global team of IT system administrators and help desk professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. . Application & Asset Management: Administer Mac and Windows workstations along with key cloud services including Google Workspace, Office 365, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, and AWS Workspaces. . Project and Incident Oversight: Coordinate IT projects, handle recurring tasks, manage business continuity planning (BCP), and incidents to ensure continuous operational efficiency. . Security and Compliance Enhancement: Support the strengthening of security postures across all IT systems & services, and assist with compliance initiatives, including training, phishing simulations, vulnerability management, data loss prevention (DLP), incident management, and audits. . Technology Solutions and Reporting: Monitor and report on IT functions, and recommend new vendors and technology solutions to enhance system effectiveness and user satisfaction. . . . . . . What you bring to Komodo Health (required):. . . 3+ years in IT management, overseeing teams and IT operations. . . 5+ years of experience in IT administration, with a strong background in server, network, and SaaS services management. . Remote Workforce Support - 2+ years of experience managing IT needs for a global remote workforce, ensuring efficient operation and support. . Enterprise-level experience supporting assets on both Mac and Windows workstations. . Experience with cloud infrastructure services like AWS and cloud service integrations including Zoom, Slack, and Atlassian. . . Strong experience in security incident prevention, detection, and response, with familiarity with security assurance standards such as SOC 2. . Robust experience with critical IT management software like SSO/Okta and Google Workspace . . Demonstrated project management abilities and vendor management experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. . Effective oral and written communication skills, with ability to bring clarity to complexity and communicate business needs and goals across cross-functional teams. . Proven ability to ruthlessly prioritize between what we could do vs what we should do. .
