Well, we are looking for a SLG Enablement Coordinator who will bring stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills You will report to the Director of Sales & CS, Sofia Dahan, and will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving enablement programs that drive SLG team productivity and success.. . . . A day in the life of a SLG Enablement Coordinator at Calendly. . On a typical day, . you. will be working on: . . . Building ongoing relationships with SLG Leaders, Velocity and Enterprise AEs, and Customer Success team members.. . Assessing, designing, developing, and executing quarterly enablement program calendars for SLG.. . Coordinating and hosting SLG huddles and team trainings, and supporting offsite event planning.. . Disseminating timely business news and information across multiple functions and teams.. . Reinforcing Sandler sales methodology through training, call reviews, and reporting.. . Partnering with Product and Product Marketing to drive product release readiness and deliver ongoing feature training.. . Identifying competitive landscape shifts and sharing up-to-date training on competitors.. . Supporting the drafting and communication of operational, structural, and functional changes.. . . What do we need from you?. . . Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.. . Strong organizational and project management abilities, especially in managing events, programs, and communications.. . Ability to interpret and design training programs and reinforce sales methodologies.. . Experience with reporting, tracking training impact, and using reporting tools.. . Comfort learning, leveraging, or evaluating new tools to optimize workflows.. . Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.. . Experience in SaaS or sales enablement roles is a plus.. .
