The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering learning content in support of enabling our teams success both in their current role and future ambitions.. . This role is hybrid, with approximately 50% of your time in the office and 50% remote. We’re currently based in Swords, Co. Dublin, and will be relocating to our new office at . North Wall Quay, Dublin 1 . in March 2026.. . Responsibilities. . . In collaboration with the HR Business Partnering team, partner with key leaders across our business to identify the opportunities to enhance organisational capability identifying both current and future skill gaps across all functions.. . Take responsibility for the design, development and delivery of learning solutions. By leveraging internal and external networks, ensure we offer targeted solutions that are efficient and effective and capitalise on the latest in design thinking and learning modalities.. . Manage the execution of training initiatives through various modalities including in-person workshops, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning modules, blended learning) ensuring high engagement and effectiveness.. . Establish clear metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness and ROI of L&D programs, using data to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate business impact.. . Develop and manage the L&D budget, and effectively manage all relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and any other third parties.. . Foster an organisational culture that is consistent with the values of ESW by designing, implementing and assessing organisational programmes that help embed our culture and values throughout the employee lifecycle.. . Act as the key development partner for building our learning pathways and driving career succession in ESW. . . Requirements. . . 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, training, or organisational development roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.. . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology, or a related field required. Master’s degree or professional certifications are desirable.. . Tech Industry Experience:. Prior experience working within a technology company or a highly dynamic, innovative and scaling environment is essential.. . Instructional Design Mastery:. Deep knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design principles and diverse training delivery methods.. . Strategic Thinking & Execution:. Ability to translate business needs into practical, effective L&D solutions and drive them from conception to completion.. . Analytical Skills:. Strong ability to analyse data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, measure ROI, and inform decision-making.. . Communication & Influence:. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and motivate customers at all organisational levels.. . Innovation Mindset:.
