Responsibilities:. . Supported by the PSG President and SVP and working with EPIC leaders the VP Pharmacy - Middle Market will lead a team and be responsible for:. . . Client/Broker satisfaction and NPS. . Client portfolio growth and retention. . Source, lead and develop a team of clinicians, consultants, and other personnel. . Lead and participate in EPIC/PSG leadership meetings. . Business strategy; both clinical and non-clinical. . Stewardship and operating discipline to optimize value/affordability and profitability. . Pharmacy Benefit Manager and other pharmacy service provider relationship management including procurement, contracting and implementation. . Overall program operations include: . . Access Marketplace and individual client audit delivery (Audits conducted by Audit team). . Access Marketplace and individual client market check delivery (conducted by Pricing team). . Access Marketplace and individual client reporting (through Artemetrx and team). . Access Marketplace and individual client vendor (PBM or other) management. . . . Product development and maintenance. . Sales and Marketing support for segment. . Strategic Client consulting. . Support, along with other clinical leaders, overall EPIC/PSG clinical strategy. . Support growth and continued development of Artemetrx tool by providing client and team insights. . . . . Qualifications (Minimum Requirements). . . . . Extensive knowledge of PBM and specialty pharmacy environment (5 years minimum experience).. . Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills and client relationship management. . Ability to develop strategies and implement programs that benefit EPIC/PSG and clients. . Strong experience with Broker, TPA and Captive markets. . Strong clinical and financial analysis skills. . Strong use of various business applications including: MS Office products, Teams, Zoom, etc.. . Travel required, as needed. . Pharmacy background with bachelor’s degree; MBA and/or PharmD/RPh strongly preferred. . Business development experience preferred. . . . . Location: Remote. . . . COMPENSATION: . . The national average salary for this role is . $210,000.00. in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
