What we're looking for. . . 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. . Strong proficiency in one or more of: Java, Scala, Python, Kotlin, or TypeScript. . Demonstrated experience with or strong interest in AI tooling in a software development context (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar). . Consultative by nature - you can engage directly with clients, navigate ambiguity, and communicate trade-offs clearly. . Product-oriented mindset: you think about business value, not just ticket execution. . Ability to operate as a true partner to client engineering teams, not just a resource. . .
