You have experience in a people-related role (talent acquisition, people operations, onboarding, or similar) and have supported coordination and administrative tasks within that environment.. . You have experience coordinating and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and timezones, managing competing priorities with attention to detail.. . You have worked with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or HR management system (HRMS/HRIS), maintaining records and keeping information accurate and up to date.. . You have some exposure to interviews, whether screening, coordinating, or observing, and are excited about developing your skills further in this area.. . You have experience working with and coordinating across global distributed teams, navigating time zones with ease.. .
