Employee Experience Intern at Internship. . Location: New York, NY. We’re looking for a People Experience Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a college student to learn more about the events, communications, and operations that make Innovid a great place to work for our employees. You’ll gain skills in planning and executing employee events for all staff and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), internal communications, and operations management. This is a unique internship opportunity reporting to the Innovid People team while supporting the wider Mediaocean employee experience.. . What You Will Do:. . People Experience. • Assist in the planning and execution of internal employee events, including Pride Celebrations and Annual Summer Party. • Develop strategies and initiatives to further enhance employee experience- in office and remote. • Enhancement of US Employee Gifting (new hire swag, anniversary celebration, etc.). • Collect available metrics such as attendance from employee events, and distribute surveys to measure event effectiveness.. • Collaborate on a year long calendar of internal events and initiatives. • Track employee events in Asana, including ensuring all relevant events are logged in the platform. • Assist with ad hoc People Team tasks. . Communications. • Refresh and maintain Company's external image (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, employee profiles on website, etc.). •Optimize usage of existing channels such as email listservs, Slack, and Intranet/Confluence pages to share information with global employees.. . Operations. • Assist Mediaocean Office Operations team (local office initiatives, related communications, etc.). • Complete market research on effective and impactful workplace experience perks and activities.. What You Will Need:. •Working towards a Bachelor’s degree;. •Passionate about ‘People Experience’ – you like bringing people together, believe in the power of community and collaboration, and are a ‘people person’ yourself;. •Strong inter-personal, communication, and writing skills;. •Ability to multi-task effectively and to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Asana or related Project Management Software a plus.. •Strong organizational skills and a ‘No task too small’ mindset – you understand how the small things contribute to a great employee experience.. .
