The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creation of engaging learning materials and marketing assets across multiple formats. Key Responsibilities. . Design & Content Development. . . Create new learning materials using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other learning design software. . Design marketing assets including email campaigns, social media content, digital advertising, website graphics, and presentation materials. . Support the development of engaging visual content across multiple delivery formats. . Assist with video editing and motion graphics projects, with opportunities for further development in these areas. . Ensure all visual content aligns with company brand guidelines and quality standards. . . Brand Management & Quality Assurance. . . Enforce and maintain brand guidelines across all business outputs. . Ensure consistency and visual quality throughout learning and marketing materials. . Review and refine design outputs to meet internal standards and project requirements. . Maintain attention to detail and accuracy across all deliverables. . . Project Collaboration & Communication. . . Collaborate with the Design Team and wider business stakeholders on creative projects. . Support the delivery of projects within agreed timelines. .
