The Privacy Manager will be responsible for conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and supporting compliance initiatives across various products and services. You will work closely with legal, IT, security, and business teams to gather relevant data, assess privacy risks, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong background in privacy operations.. Requirements. Key Responsibilities:. . Collaborate with legal, security, risk, IT, and product teams to collect details on data flows, processing operations, and technical safeguards. . . Conduct privacy and machine learning (ML) assessments, working alongside privacy specialists to identify potential risks and recommend solutions. . . Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing privacy documentation to support compliance initiatives. . . Manage multiple documentation efforts simultaneously, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery. . . Work with internal stakeholders to finalize privacy documentation and secure necessary approvals. . . Proactively identify compliance and operational risks during assessments. . . Support the privacy . incident response. process by escalating and addressing privacy-related issues reported internally. . . Required Skills & Experience:. . Minimum 5 years of experience in privacy operations, compliance, or data governance within a tech or enterprise environment. . . Strong understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, LGPD, and PIPEDA. . . Hands-on experience performing PIAs, DPIAs, and applying privacy-by-design principles. . . Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including legal, product, engineering, and security. . . Proven skills in identifying privacy risks and offering scalable solutions. . . At least 5 years of experience managing compliance projects and reporting to stakeholders. . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain privacy concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. . . Ability to influence decisions and align stakeholders without direct authority in a fast-paced environment. . . Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects efficiently. . . Familiarity with privacy software platforms like OneTrust, TrustArc, or BigID, and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana is a plus. . .
