This role will play a pivotal role in managing the cloud developer experience, enhancing system reliability and maintainability.. . Work Location: . Remote based upon the needs and direction of the customer.. . Basic Required Qualifications and Skills: . . . A bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work or military experience.. . At start date, must possess one or more of the following certifications in active status:. . CompTIA SecurityX (CompTIA Security Expert). . CASP+ CE (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner). . CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or Associate. . CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional). . . . Minimum 5 years of experience administering complex Java-based applications within AWS Workspaces.. . Comprehensive understanding of standard tools, including IDEs such as VS Code (VSC), Eclipse, or CodeReady; text editors like vi, nano, or VSC; Maven/Maven wrapper builds; and Source Control Management (SCM) tools like Git.. . Provide support to other teams by optimizing performance and troubleshooting workspace issues.. . Develop and implement a comprehensive backup strategy for AWS Workspaces recovery.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend appropriate services based on data and security requirements.. . Adhere to industry best practices, assisting in the development and implementation of plans for government systems adoption.. . Develop and provide technical guidance, advocating cloud tool usage across the development team.. .
