This role will play a pivotal role in managing the cloud developer experience, enhancing system reliability and maintainability.. . Work Location: . A bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work or military experience.. . Provide support to other teams by optimizing performance and troubleshooting workspace issues.. . Develop and implement a comprehensive backup strategy for AWS Workspaces recovery.. .
