The Vice President of Corporate Technology is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's information technology strategy, infrastructure, systems, and security. This role drives core information technology initiatives, ensures the alignment of IT with business objectives, and leads a high-performing IT team to support operational excellence across the hybrid enterprise.. . Duties and Responsibilities:. . . Develop and execute the corporate IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.. . Lead, mentor, and grow the IT department, including infrastructure, legacy applications, cybersecurity, monitoring, shared DevOps, support and enterprise systems teams.. . Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all corporate IT systems and platforms including telephony.. . Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide applications including ERP, ignition interlock CRM, HRIS, and other critical systems.. . Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology needs and opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and innovation.. . Manage IT budgets, forecasting, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.. . Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices for system architecture, data governance, risk management, and business continuity.. . Monitor emerging technology trends and recommend adoption where they can deliver a competitive advantage.. . Ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) are met across the IT environment.. . All other duties as assigned.. . . What You’ll Bring to the Table:. . . Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.. . Seasoned executive with a minimum of 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role influencing the C-Suite & Sr. Executives.. . Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic IT initiatives including customer and employee-facing systems (external reporting, CRM and similar). . Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and infrastructure as well as data management, application development, analytics and compliance (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).. . Tenured experience in leading high caliber teams and building bench for future talent needs.. . VP level experience in owning the performance and stability of legacy systems.. . Proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy standards in a related environment.. . Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with a heavy focus on cross-functional collaboration. Able to influence others at all levels of the organization.. . Experience in a hybrid, global or multi-site corporate environment is a plus.. . Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or similar are desired.. .
