You are a skilled cybersecurity professional who enjoys security work and is an expert in secure system architecture andapplication security. . In this role, you will:. • Devise appropriate technical responses to common cybersecurity shortcomings in medical devices and socialize those solutions to the teams responsible for implementation.. • Coordinate with third-party penetration testing vendors to ensure timely and appropriate coverage of healthcare software and devices.. • Maintain documentation of design patterns/recipes for common security requirements. • Advise teams concerning best practices surrounding cryptography and certificate management.. • Provide direct assistance with internal penetration testing efforts.. • Act as a back-up administrator for tooling relevant to cybersecurity (specifically including signing tools and vulnerability scanners). • Ensure that issues identified are appropriately prioritized and addressed in future product releases. • Have a complete understanding of the various system interdependency and limitations. • Architect, design, implement, support, and evaluate security focused tools. • Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies. . Education Qualification. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.. • Understands technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction aligning with business goals.. • Understands concepts of setting and driving architecture direction.. • Familiar with elements of gathering architecture requirements.. • Understands architecture standards concepts to apply to project work..
