As a Lead Analyst, Cyber Security Risk & Compliance, you will:. . . Oversee the implementation and management of security controls, ensuring they are aligned with organisational objectives and industry standards. . Monitor and ensure compliance with cyber security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, addressing any gaps or non-compliance issues. . Play a key role in the investigation and resolution of security incidents, including conducting post-incident analysis and developing lessons learned. . Develop and update cyber security policies and procedures to reflect current best practices and regulatory changes. . Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on matters related to cyber security risk and compliance. . Contribute to the development of the organisation's cyber security strategy, driving continuous improvement initiatives. . . . . To be successful, you’ll have: . . . Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or. . Extensive experience and management expertise; or. . An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. . Experience in cyber security risk management and compliance, with a deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies and industry standards. .
