As a Physical Security Specialist, you will be responsible for enforcing Ally’s safety and security protocols across assigned facilities. Acting as the primary point of contact for all physical security matters, you will utilize your expertise in threat identification, critical thinking, and . incident response. to address concerns effectively. You will offer guidance, direction, and training to onsite security personnel and Ally employees, ensuring compliance with security standards. Additionally, you will leverage your in-depth understanding of policies and procedures to proactively identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to protect the organization.. Provide leadership, training, and technical guidance to onsite security, corporate workplace, and site leaders.. Demonstrated capability to learn and develop new techniques to help the team.. Conduct presentations of analytic findings.. Maintain safety and security of the associates, visitors, and guests..
