As a Physical Security Specialist, you will be responsible for enforcing Ally’s safety and security protocols across assigned facilities. Acting as the primary point of contact for all physical security matters, you will utilize your expertise in threat identification, critical thinking, and . incident response. to address concerns effectively. You will offer guidance, direction, and training to onsite security personnel and Ally employees, ensuring compliance with security standards. Additionally, you will leverage your in-depth understanding of policies and procedures to proactively identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to protect the organization.. Provide leadership, training, and technical guidance to onsite security, corporate workplace, and site leaders.. Demonstrated capability to learn and develop new techniques to help the team.. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.. Provides second and third level support and analysis data during and after an incident.. Conduct presentations of analytic findings.. Maintain safety and security of the associates, visitors, and guests.. Coordinate with all lines of business on the safety and security of Ally’s employees, visitor’s contractors, and vendors.. Ensure high profile visitors are processed quickly, communicated to executive protection, and delivered to their destination.. Propose solutions to assist in reducing/avoid/ service interruptions.. Analyzes signals coming from various tools such as access control, threat and monitoring, video, and real time tracking of incidents that could impact the organization..
