About the Role. . As a . Technical Product Specialist – Cybersecurity – Brazil. , you’ll be the face of CloudSEK for our LATAM clients. You’ll act as the first point of contact for product-related queries, manage takedown workflows, and co-own client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a balance of technical acumen, communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer success.. . What You'll Do. . . . Serve as the . primary point of contact. for LATAM-based clients on product usage, queries, and support issues.. . . . Assist clients in understanding and effectively using CloudSEK’s threat intelligence platforms.. . . . Manage and coordinate . threat takedown requests. (phishing, scams, impersonation, etc.) and follow through with relevant stakeholders.. . . . Co-manage customer accounts. , ensuring regular engagement, product adoption, and overall satisfaction.. . . . Collaborate with internal teams (product, threat research, engineering) to relay feedback and troubleshoot issues.. . . . Conduct . onboarding sessions, training calls. , and periodic check-ins with clients.. . . . Monitor client usage and proactively identify ways to improve their experience and outcomes.. . . . What We’re Looking For. . . . 2–5 years of experience in . customer support. , . technical account management. , or . cybersecurity operations. . . . Strong communication skills in . English and Portuguese. (Spanish is a bonus). . . . Solid understanding of cybersecurity basics—phishing, brand abuse, digital risks, etc.. . . . Prior experience in client-facing technical roles (Product Support, Customer Success, Technical AM, etc.). . . . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and independently drive client outcomes. . .
