Celero Commerce is looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our Security and Compliance team! This role will play an integral part in helping to grow and strengthen the security stance of the company. The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for proactively participating in compliance and security-related tasks within the scope of the Information Technology organization. In addition, this position will assist in the management of end-user access to third-party processor systems. Responsibilities. Assist technology leadership and legal counsel (as well as other departments as needed) in meeting requirements made by industry and government compliance frameworks. Administer processor systems access and, in collaboration with department leaders (primarily Operations and Finance), perform periodic entitlement reviews. Assist with the Information Technology security and compliance awareness training, including coordinating remediation with Human Resources. Coordinate timing and completion of third-party contract questionnaires, with direct responsibility for coordinating those pertaining to information security. Track compliance deliverables in a central location and notify responsible parties of upcoming deliverables in a timely fashion. Participate in the creation and review of internal policy documentation. Assist in tracking and recording information to forward our information technology risk and incident management programs. . Experience & Requirements. 2+ years previous professional experience in a similar role.. Bachelor's degree preferred.. Strong understanding of security and compliance regulations and standards.. Proficiency in Microsoft tooling and Azure DevOps a plus.. Excellent organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and other departments.. Able to navigate ambiguity, while exploring innovative solutions and driving business impact.. . Reports to:. Compliance Manager. Start date:. Immediate. Location:. Remote. Salary. : $65,000-$75,000.
