Technical Compliance Writer. to join our team and assist us in improving our compliance documentation on a. short-term basis. . The right candidate will work closely with internal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and the organizational security and privacy programs.. . Responsibilities:. . . Product and posture alignment:. collaborate with internal teams and develop a deep understanding of Level Access products and the organizational security and privacy program and maintain this understanding as these areas evolve.. . Questionnaires: . fill out customer security questionnaires that come through from Sales, Renewals or other sources.. . Customer service:. provide timely response to new requests for information and steadfastly follow all requests through to timely completion, collaborating with others to source information where vital.. . Record keeping:. use existing company tools and processes and ensure we keep records and an audit trail of all responses.. . Ad hoc support:. provide other technical compliance writing to support internal and external teams as requested.. . . Qualifications:. . . A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field, with validated experience in information technology writing.. . Approach dedicated to the customer, with the ability to balance speed and accuracy to meet demand, while exercising good judgement to advance when vital.. . Excellent written communication skills, paying attention to detail and demonstrating a strong command of English grammar and punctuation.. . Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business collaborators to capture information and requirements.. .
