We are looking for a Security Operations Team Lead to join our team.. . Your main responsibilities will be:. . . Lead and coach a team of security analysts;. . Handle security monitoring, alerts, investigations, and . incident response. ;. . Set up and tune . SIEM. and DLP tools to match our risk profile;. . Roll out and maintain the SAI360 compliance and risk platform;. . Detect, assess, and mitigate insider threats;. . Build and maintain response playbooks and escalation procedures;. . Track and report compliance with GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001:2022;. . Work closely with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams on access and identity controls;. . Drive threat hunting and proactive defense activities;. . Present regular updates to management and other stakeholders.. . . . Essential professional experience:. . . Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Security, Computer Science);. . At least 3 years in a similar lead role in a SOC or Security Operations environment. . Solid, hands-on experience with:. . SIEM tools;. . DLP systems;. . Insider threat detection;. . Azure and AWS cloud security;. . Strong understanding of GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001:2022;. . Experience with identity & access management;. . Required: Familiarity with SAI360 or similar GRC platforms;. . Good communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate across teams.. . .
