Basic Qualifications. . 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or IT Administrator.. . Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).. . Strong understanding and experience with system hardening techniques (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, secure baseline configurations).. . Experience maintaining compliance with one or more of the following frameworks: . . . ISO/IEC 27001. . SOC 2 Type II. . FedRAMP (preferably High baseline). . . . . Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf, etc.).. . Experience with patch management and configuration management.. . Proficiency with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, . Bash. ).. . Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) best practices.. . Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ITIL or similar service delivery frameworks.. . Excellent documentation and communication skills.. . Extra Credit. . Experience preparing for or supporting third-party audits under ISO 27001, SOC 2, or FedRAMP High.. . Familiarity with FedRAMP SSPs, POA&Ms, and Continuous Monitoring processes.. . Experience implementing Zero Trust architecture principles.. . Knowledge of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention.. .
