Efficiently manage and prioritize security-related Jira tickets and queues, ensuring timely resolution and accurate tracking of vulnerabilities, incidents, and remediation efforts.. Oversee the monitoring of security alerts and events from various security tools and partners (e.g., SIEM/SOAR Tickets). Investigate alerts, triage, deep dive, and come up with proper action items and remediation plans. . Conduct investigation, containment, and other response activities with business stakeholders and groups.. Conduct advanced analysis of security events to identify and mitigate potential threats. Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions needed for security operations. Support security training and awareness programs.. Collaborate with other teams to enhance security posture and integrate cybersecurity best practices.. . What you will need to know/have:. . . Expertise in using and managing security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, EDR).. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
