Clarity Innovations. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Contracts and Pricing to lead the pricing strategy, cost-modeling and cost/price volume development functions for on-contract growth opportunities and competitive RFPs, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS and TINA, and alignment with Clarity’s business and financial goals. This leader will be responsible for cradle-to-grave contract management, negotiation, administration, compliance, and closeout activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to risk mitigation and process improvement.. . The successful candidate must have a strong background in managing and pricing DoD and National Security contracts across all contract types, FFP, T&M, Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs). . . In this highly collaborative role, the Director of Contracts and Pricing will work closely with Business Development and Growth Teams, Finance, Program Managers, Mission Vertical Leaders and the Executive Leadership team.. Responsibilities. . Contracts. . . Lead and manage a team of contract professionals, ensuring consistent performance, development, and alignment with company objectives.. . Serve as the primary interface with external contracting officers, prime contractors, and internal leadership on all contractual matters.. . Oversee and guide the development, review, and submission of contract proposals, modifications, and renewals.. . Negotiate complex contractual terms and conditions to mitigate risk and protect the company’s interests.. . Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies including FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements.. . Support program managers and business development in contract strategy, interpretation, and risk assessment.. . Establish and maintain robust contract management policies, procedures, and controls.. . Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and reporting to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations.. . Interface with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure aligned execution.. . Participate in audits as fact-finding as needed.. . . Pricing . . . Collaborate with Capture Management and Technical SMEs to develop winning pricing strategies. . Analyze win/loss data, margin trends and competitive pricing intelligence to inform strategy and pricing recommendations.. . Support strategic decision-making by providing financial modeling, scenario planning, and return-on-investment (ROI) analysis.. . Develop pricing templates, tools and optimize pricing workflows and establish consistent and repeatable processes. . Maintain pricing database, records and pricing justifications to support audits and due diligence. . Develop pricing training materials for PMs and Analysts. . Review pricing prepared by program control analysts. . . . Qualifications & Requirements. . . Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field. . 10+ years of experience in Federal Government Contracts, Pricing and/or Program Finance is required. . . Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA and certified cost and pricing data procedures. . Experience with Software Development, Cybersecurity and Intel Community contracts preferred. . Experience leading and mentoring team. . Must be organized, detail-oriented, motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. .
