We are looking for **Performance Marketing Specialists** to join our remote team and manage high-performing advertising campaigns for international projects.. ### Key Responsibilities. * Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. * Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate. * Set up tracking with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and related tools. * Analyze campaign data and optimize targeting, bidding, and performance. * Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages. * Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to improve campaign results. * Manage advertising budgets and prepare performance reports. ### Requirements. * Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads. * Strong understanding of Performance Marketing. * Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions. * Familiar with tracking and analytics tools. * Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. * Experience managing large budgets or international campaigns is a plus.
