What We’re Looking For:. Must-Haves. Solid experience running marketing campaigns, especially within Facebook Groups.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. Proven ability to lead client relationships with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.. Comfortable juggling multiple client accounts while keeping attention to detail.. 3+ years as a Marketing Leader, ideally in Facebook Group organic marketing and lead generation.. 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or similar client-facing role managing 50+ clients. 3+ years of experience Marketing Head/Director-level leader managing a team of 20+ people.. Deep knowledge of Facebook Group growth, engagement, algorithms, and strategy.. A natural balance of visionary thinking and hands-on execution.. Analytical and performance-driven—you love trying new tactics and seeing what moves the needle..
