Confirm billing information for new clients. Other duties as assigned. 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial or retirement industry preferred- i.e. account management, onboarding, sales. Working knowledge of the 401(k) product. Experience within 401(k) Implementation/ Onboarding is a bonus. Thrive being a part of a team.. Proficient in applications such as Zoom, Gmail, and Microsoft/Google Workspace (Appreciated not required). Pay range:. $25.45 - $26.45p/h.
