Drive analyses, frame business problems, and communicate actionable insights with a bias towards execution.. Lead cross-functional strategic projects, including structuring problems, implementing solutions, and measuring impact.. Perform ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations.. Manage bulk uploads for campaign management, task management, and recycled lead initiatives.. Coordinate with StratOps teammates to improve sales organization systems and processes.. 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations.. Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and best practices.. Experience in sales forecasting, Salesforce reporting and analysis, and executive communication/data synthesizing.. Excellent cross-functional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.. Highly detail-oriented, with exceptional creative problem-solving abilities.. Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.. Collaborative, strategic mindset with a focus on revenue optimization.. Startup and SaaS background preferred.. Must be located in either Pacific or Mountain time zone.. Pay range:. $105K - $115K.
