Define and design necessary tools and technology to support the team. Define key strategies and operationalize them to support workflow discovery and value opportunities. Participate as a thought leader on the future of sales, sales enablement, and sales operations. Work closely with product and customer success teams to meet prospective customer needs. 15+ years of extensive experience in the SaaS industry and B2B sales. 10+ years of leadership experience in defining Pre-sales team structures. Experience in managing and building Value Consulting and Engineering teams. Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and program management.
