Thousands of customers, including Cloudera, Glassdoor, Pandora, and Zillow, rely on Outreach to drive predictable and measurable growth, increase efficiency and effectiveness of customer-facing teams, and improve visibility into sales activity and performance.. Work as the initial main point of contact with Outreach customers after a sale is complete. Provide an exceptional implementation experience to all customers and stakeholders. Partnering with customers to provide overall platform best practices, influence their GTM strategy, technical configuration, change management methods, and drive team adoption. Work with existing customers that purchase additional services in areas such as managed services, optimizations, technical audits, and expansions. Identify new opportunities for additional services and direct customers to the appropriate parties. Ensure all customer information is documented and managed for seamless team handoffs. Demonstrate project management excellence and secure customer sign off at project completion. Ensure successful adoption of the platform during and post go-live. Take ownership of the post launch handoff of customers to the customer success team. Influence all levels of leadership ranging from analysts to executive level personnel. Work with support, product and engineering teams to capture and realize customer feedback. Develop proficiency in product capabilities and sales process best practices. Contribute to initiatives, methodologies, assets, and programs within the Professional Services team. Drive toward resolution of problems and roadblocks with minimal assistance. 4+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, implementation, or related field. Proven track record of building trust and developing client relationships. Experience with project management, managing risk, and adhering to project timelines. Proactive and self-driven with the ability to understand complex concepts. Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components. Technical aptitude with a track record of learning new tools and processes. Pay range:. $65K - $90K. Flexible time off. 401k to help you save for the future.
