Calculate Knock Bridge Loan advance amounts using internal calculations and guidelines. Accurately condition loan files based on the loan application and file documentation. Provide consistent internal communication regarding loan status and approval updates. Communicate effectively and professionally with external Lending Partners, Agents, and Borrowers. Review title reports and homeowners/flood insurance to ensure Knock’s lien position and security interest. Efficiently and effectively manage and process a daily pipeline of loans while maintaining company turn times. Understand and stay current with all company policies, procedures, industry regulations, and changes impacting Knock and the broader industry. Continuously learn and grow while supporting the development of others; serve as a mentor and resource both within and beyond your team. Take on ad-hoc projects as they arise and proactively support the team wherever help is needed. Successful experience working as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter. Solid understanding of underwriting processes and lending systems. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret and apply lending guidelines. Excellent organizational skills to manage many competing priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven efficiency and success in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Quick learner with an innate ability to adopt new technologies. Passion for real estate disruption. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing growth environment. Strong knowledge of various loan products, credit reports, and debt-to-income ratios. Demonstrated success working 100% remotely. High school diploma or equivalent experience.
