Manually test the Nutrafol mobile app and Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in a modified Agile process that adapts quickly to creative change. Find, clearly report, and track bugs and other defects in JIRA, working in close collaboration with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to solve issues. Test the mobile app across multiple devices and iOS/Android versions. Test e-commerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet viewports and devices, as well as test across different browsers. Ability to quickly understand testing tasks and follow through on testing in a timely manner. Minimum 6+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing of websites and mobile apps within an eCommerce environment. Good knowledge of JIRA and other QA/development tools. Good understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, product managers, and testers. Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (oral and written). Passionate about the customer experience, and what can be done to improve it. Experience with Magento testing and operations (preferred). Pay range:. $110K - $125K. Fully remote work experience.
